For both the normal and super, you should spread it like this.

The differences between both Normal and Super strong:

• Normal Black Mask removes blackheads, whitens skin. when peeling, can peel off very easily
• Super Strong Black Mask removes blackheads, whitens skin. when peeling, need a lil bit more strength than the normal black mask. but removes a lot of facial hair

For best effect, put your face near to hot water, allow the steam to open pores.
